With this project, the objective was to create a sense of community with DISH’s University Relation (UR) hires, which would increases the retention rate of UR hires. In an effort to facilitate networking opportunities and increase retention, we created an Origins Program. This piece was created to educate individuals about the Origins Program and about the 4 chairs who organize opportunities for the Class to interact: (1) Welcoming, (2) Networking, (3) Learning and (4) Recruiting
